In 1692 pandemonium erupted in Salem Massachusetts. Seeking a safe place the Witches fled and found themselves on the island of St. Anthony. So began the Treaty of Peace, a treaty designed to protect the humans as well as the Vampires, the Wolves, and the Witches. Since then, the town of Little Salem has grown and another group threatens to throw the Treaty out of balance. A new type of supernatural species, the Shapeshifters. Although new to this place, most have accepted the Rules and are trying to adapt.
Many are young, powerful and strong, but some of the humans have had enough. Those who know of their existence have come to Little Salem for a chance to wipe them off the face of the earth, others for revenge for crimes of the past. Tensions are rising amongst the groups, both internally and externally, especially with the normally lone shifters working to put themselves in a position of power.
