VICTORIA MARIE PAYNE
this is victoria's plot thread, one where all you lovely members can suggest plots for her and your characters. she's lived in Shine Falls all her life and is close to her parents though even the happiest families have issues. she is thrice gifted, which means unlike other Gifted she has three abilities she's still learning to use. she's a nice person when she wants to be but does have an attitude where provoked or just having one of those days. she's silly and loves having fun, she loves to flirt and isn't the best in a serious relationship. she just isn't ready to settle or so she says.
so basically she needs friends; some close ones would be nice and maybe some child hood friends because if you've lived in town for a long time it's possible. haha. she doesn't mind humans but is a bit more careful around them and anyone really lately, you never know who is a bad guy. haha, right? so she might be a little stand-off-ish at first. she needs flirts, exes, current flings, etc etc. and enemies happen but she tries to not make any. so let me here those plots. =)
